A radiant heater is kind of spot heater, emits heat is limited to a spot than the whole room. It suitable for shops or offices where you need spot heating only. Radiant heater produces heat by heating a tube as a result heat produced by a radiant heater is relatively low. Do not burns oxygen hence safe to use in closed room.

Portable in size

If you are looking for portable room heater then remove oil heater from your list because oil heaters are relatively bulky in size. Fan based heater and radiant heater are smaller in size and portable.

Power consumption

The power consumption of a room heater depends on the heat produced. If a heater produces a large amount of heat then it would consume a large amount of electricity as well.
For example, a 3000W heater produces more heat than a 2000W heater as a result, it consumes lesser electricity than the 3000W.
Always prefer to buy a heater with variable heat setting. It will help to adjust the power consumption and the heat produced.

A heater with variable heat setting consumes less electricity as compared to static. Oil heater best suited for the constant heating without burning the oxygen.
